My Massive Mexican Restaurant Low Carb (Mostly) Lunch

Mexican food! Hurray!

“Mind your carbs for good sugar levels!” Totoro said. I did. Food: Topo Chico, beans, rice, 2 eggs, steak, pico de gallo, tortillas, veggies, 1 cheese enchilada, chips. Ate 1/3; the rest including the enchilada went to go.

Totoro cracked down on my carb intake. He generously Googled 1 serving of chips. It turns out 10-15 chips is 1 portion. I had 10 to be safe. 

The lovely owner ensures no one leaves skinny!
